We are very excited to be moving into our second year as a local small business! And because of all the amazing support we've received, we are in need of some upgrades, back-end changes, and want to expand our services.
Over the next few weeks, we will be focusing on getting Nourish Kitchen ready for the fall season. So, no deliveries. But, we'll be back in no time with announcements for awesome things like expanded catering options, new menu items, and holiday family meals.

When will meals be delivered and when should I place my order?
Beginning July 1st, we've updated our order cutoff times and delivery days to reflect a seasonal change. Meals will be delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6 am and 5 pm. If you have a preference on a time frame when you would like your delivery, please note that in the ‘special requests’ when placing your order. Note that if you are not home at the time of delivery, the cooler bag will keep the meals temperature-safe for up to 3 hours.
There is a $3 delivery fee included for every order.
For Tuesday delivery, orders will need to be placed the prior Friday by 8 pm.
For Thursday delivery, orders will need to be placed the prior Monday by 8 pm.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted into the system. If there are any issues with your order, someone will reach out to you by phone.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we are delivering to the Rockford, Cannonsburg, and Ada areas. If you reside elsewhere, you will need to place your order for pickup. In the future, we plan to expand our delivery area to Grand Rapids and the surrounding metro area.
What if I want to pick up my order instead?
If you prefer picking up your order instead of having it delivered, you are welcome to pick up your order on Tuesdays and Fridays from 2 pm-5 pm. The address can be seen below. Once you are in the parking lot, please call (206) 371-1193 and someone will bring your order out to your car.

What if I am not home when you deliver?
If you are not home when your order is delivered, we will place your order in a cooler with an ice pack. This bag will be temperature safe on your doorstep for 3-4 hours.
How will I know if it is delivered?
Once your meal is delivered to your home, you will receive a text confirmation.
What should I do with the cooler my meals came in?
If you are home at the time of delivery, we will ask that you remove the meals from the cooler and hand the bag back to us. If you are not home when the meals are delivered, please place your empty cooler bag and ice pack back on your porch on the day of your next delivery order. If you do not order within the subsequent two weeks, we will reach out to you to come by and pick it up.
What if someone steals my order off the porch while I am not home?
When your meals are being delivered, we will look for a secure spot to place the bag so it is out of sight from people passing by. However, we will not take liability for any theft once we drop off your order. If you have a specific spot you would like us to leave your order, please let us know in the special request box while placing the order.
How do I reheat the food?
Every meal will have a label on it with instructions. For individual meals, these instructions are meant for the microwave. If you would like to reheat these in your oven, please remove food from the plastic container and use an oven-safe dish. Family meals will be made to reheat in your oven and will also have instructions included on the label.
Can I make modifications?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any modification requests. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make the changes but will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What if something in my order is wrong?
Please email email@example.com with any issues you may have and we will make sure you receive your correct meals asap.
What precautions are you taking with COVID?
During meal prep, all areas are being cleaned and sanitized on a continuous basis. All completed food packages are sanitized before they go in the cooler bag and bag handles are wiped down at the front door during drop off. Masks will be worn during any contact in the delivery process.
